Cristy joined the Alter Surety Group team in 2021 as a Client Relations Manager. Cristy was introduced to the world of Surety at another agency in 2017. She had been hired as an accounting administrator and became intrigued with the fast pace of Surety and asked to become a Surety CSR. They accommodated her in 2019 and the rest is history. She holds a FL 440 license and is currently studying for her agents 220 license.
Cristy is originally from Mexico and moved to Miami when she was five. Having been raised with a strong work ethic, she understands the importance of putting clients first, multi-tasking and being a team player.
When not at work she loves spending time with her friends and family.
