Elizabeth Lang comes to Alter Surety Group with a wide range of experience and passion and immediately became an integral part of our ASG team. Her surety career began in 2015 at Matson-Charlton Surety Group. She worked as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) where she forged relationships with clients and worked alongside the producers helping with the entire bonding process.
She went on to join American Global, LLC as a CSR in 2016 “solely” servicing their Florida bond department. She grew quickly in her new position and went on to earn her 2-20 Florida Property Casualty Agent’s License. It is clear that surety is her passion as she is currently working on her CRIS. She has brought an added sense of confidence, professionalism and an all-around team player attitude. We are excited to watch her grow within our agency.
During her down time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time on her boat, having BBQ’s (especially during football season), performance cars and playing around with her 1 year old Yorkie, Kalypso.
