Cole Pschunder comes to Alter Surety Group with experience as an underwriter with a top two global surety company.  From his underwriting experience, Cole has a deep understanding of financial analysis as well as specific concepts that sureties look for in order to approve bond requests.  Cole received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University in 2020 and completed his MBA in 2022, specializing in leadership.

Alter Surety Group is excited to have Cole expand our reach of services to the Tampa Bay and Central Florida areas. He is committed to utilizing his underwriting experience along with his leadership skills in order to provide our clients seamless  surety solutions through decisive, responsive, and reliable communication.

Cole is from New Jersey and a huge Philly sports fan. In his spare time, he enjoys being active outside – running, paddle boarding, going to beach and also playing with his Bernedoodle Maui, named after he and his wife’s favorite place.
