Josh joined the Alter Surety team in 2024 after gaining a strong background in client relations and strategic planning as a fully licensed financial advisor. He graduated from Florida State University in 2020 with a double major in Finance and Sports Management. 

Josh recently added the General Lines Property & Casualty license to his list of certifications to take on the career that he grew up watching his father, Warren Alter, be very successful in. Josh has his eyes on working the Florida market and help expand the Central Texas market.
