Lily Rafford is a highly valued member of the Alter Surety Group team. She currently holds the position of Client Relations Manager, where she provides exceptional support to the team and ensures that clients receive the best possible care. 

Lily started her career in the surety industry back in 2016 with a surety agency located in Miami, FL. She worked as an Account Manager, where she managed contract accounts for the Producers. Within less than two years, she became proficient in basic contract review, bond processing, and execution, as well as maintaining account underwriting and bond files. Lily supported producers by participating in the completion of all duties required to complete a project and service accounts. In 2017, she acquired her 4-40 Resident Insurance License. 

Before entering the surety industry, Lily worked in the banking sector for over 14 years. She began her career as a Teller and worked her way up to Assistant Branch Manager. After 14 years, Lily was presented with the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mom for a year to her children, which she cherished.

Her passions are her Christian faith, family, and personal and professional growth. She currently resides in South Florida with her husband, her children, her doxies, and her feathered friends.
