Warren graduated from the University of Florida in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. He began his career in the insurance industry with Prudential Insurance Company, working in personal lines. In 1991, he transitioned into surety, joining Collinsworth, Alter, Nielson, Fowler & Dowling, Inc., where he specialized in insurance and bonding for the construction sector. In 2002, Warren helped launch and grow Nielson, Alter & Associates following the formation of the new agency by Charles Nielson.

He brings a rare combination of seasoned expertise and dynamic leadership, consistently earning a reputation as a decisive, intuitive professional with a “get it done” attitude.

A proud South Florida native raised in Pembroke Pines, Warren is also deeply committed to his community. For over 16 years, he has been actively involved with the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, a cause especially meaningful to him as both his mother and sister are breast cancer survivors.
